In May 2026, the DeCrises project organised Session 1 of its first stakeholder workshop. Organised under Work Package 4 (WP4), this session aimed to share insights from work packages 1, 2 and 3, as well as introduce the project’s four case studies, the actors behind them and their goals.

Over 30 participants had the opportunity to learn more about the project, its case studies and how their participation can support the project’s efforts in assisting the just and inclusive twin transition in the EU. 

This session was moderated by Dr. Joaquin Zenteno Hopp with the support of Cheshta Arora (WNRI) and featured three presentations on the project’s progress by Vineta Kleinberga (RSU), Veronika Oravcová (UNIBA) and Rodrigo Santaella Goncalves (LUT). These presentations were followed by an open discussion on connecting abstract governance ideas with actual practices of actors.
